Restore

Sat, Apr 25 | 8:30am - 8:30pm
$250
A day retreat to recharge and reset at Beausoleil Farm with yoga, restorative practices, nourishing food, and immersion in nature. Held at Beausoleil Farm, RESTORE is a day-retreat designed not to add more but to gently guide you inward. It is a day for unraveling tension, listening deeply, and remembering the steadiness that lives beneath the noise of daily life. Through yoga, sound healing, bodywork, and time in nature, we will create the conditions for deep presence and release. This is not a day of doing, but a softening, an invitation for your body and spirit to recalibrate. With the land as our container, you are invited to step out of patterns of pace and into a rhythm that restores, supports, and gently reawakens. Whether you come seeking clarity or simply space to breathe, you will be held in an environment where your only task is to rest, receive, and remember your natural rhythm.
