The Grateful Yoga
Master teacher Jesse Cassady's The Grateful Yoga philosophy is rooted deeply in love, compassion, community, and perpetual growth. After surviving a severe mountain-biking crash as a teenager and suffering from debilitating wounds and a deep depression, Jesse found miraculous healing through zen buddhism and yoga. Compelled to share these powerful practices with others, Jesse has worked with beautiful students of all genders, races, ethnicities, and creeds for more than 25 years, including 7 years training up the yoga teams at Life Time Fitness and 14 years implementing his yoga school training students at studios across the Northeastern US...all while consistently leveling up through the guidance of esteemed teachers such as Jonny Kest, Swami Satchidananda, David Williams, amongst many others. Jesse teaches an all-inclusive, all-levels practice of mindfulness.
