9:00 am - Arrival and welcome ritual: immune support shot + guided lymphatic drainage + grounding breathwork.
10:00 am - Full body nerve glide + CoreSculpt Pilates (In the fire heated studio.).
11:30 am - Farm to table brunch: a guided "build-your-plate" mindful eating lesson on portioning for sustained energy.
1pm - Down time (explore grounds, journal, or just relax).
2 pm - Foraging walk to harvest edibles for eating and/or flowers for arranging.
3 pm - Simple anti-Inflammatory summer smoothies/bowls demo—using seasonal ingredients and tying into chronic pain reduction.
4:30 pm - Body weight workout + full body stretch + vagus nerve activation.
6:00 pm - Farm to table dinner.
7:00 pm - Closing circle.
