A pillar of the regenerative movement in Frederick County, MD, Ben is the director of The REED Center for Ecosystem Reintegration and a key architect of two pioneering food forests: Forested in Bowie, MD and Morning View Food Forest in Middletown, MD. For more than a decade, Ben has been consulting, teaching, and speaking to audiences of all ages on four continents about the past, present and future of humanity and agriculture.

Master teacher Jesse Cassady's The Grateful Yoga philosophy is rooted deeply in love, compassion, community, and perpetual growth. After surviving a severe mountain-biking crash as a teenager and suffering from debilitating wounds and a deep depression, Jesse found miraculous healing through zen buddhism and yoga. Compelled to share these powerful practices with others, Jesse has worked with beautiful students of all genders, races, ethnicities, and creeds for more than 25 years, including 7 years training up the yoga teams at Life Time Fitness and 14 years implementing his yoga school training students at studios across the Northeastern US...all while consistently leveling up through the guidance of esteemed teachers such as Jonny Kest, Swami Satchidananda, David Williams, amongst many others. Jesse teaches an all-inclusive, all-levels practice of mindfulness.

Kypriana “Lala” Daniels has been a foraging student for over 10 years and her daughter, Shivani has been foraging since birth. Kypriana was inspired to become an author when her family moved to the Appalachian Foothills of Frederick, MD. As they learned how to forage and wildcraft together, they made up stories to teach, inspire and remember all the wisdom and interconnectedness of the local ecology! Now the family is happy to share these educational stories with the world!

With a background in Classical Chinese dance and ballet, Christina first came to yoga as a way to reconnect with her body. Over time, this evolved into a healing path that integrates movement, mindfulness, and the medicine of nature and plant wisdom. Her teaching encourages presence, curiosity, and self-trust. She focuses on how we show up, not how much we do.
